Are you still looking for more Twilight related goodies to add to your collection? Well Burger King will soon have something for you:
Burger King has performed a major promotional coup in securing the advertising rights to the new Twilight film New Moon. Currently seeking promotion at the San Diego comic and movie festival Comic Con, New Moon had a line around the block of teenage vampire love story fans. The fans were soon greeted by Burger King employees ready to begin the cross promotion.
Burger King products will also be featured in the New Moon film, presumptively being eaten by its human cast members. The crowns themselves will echo the love triangle of the second film\’s plot line. One will read \”Team Edward\” and feature photos of characters Edward Cullen, Bella and the Cullen Family vampires. The other will include a large photo of werewolf Jacob and read \”Team Jacob\” as well as photos of Bella and the rest of the Wolf Pack.
The film is set to be released in November 2009 and Burger King will begin distribution of the crowns in the next month.
